Our Beloved Founder, Fr. Bob Bedard has passed away
Remembering Fr. Bob Bedard
We mourn the loss of our beloved founder, Fr. Bob Bedard. He passed away peacefully on October 6, 2011.
Schedule of Events
We will be commemorating our founder in the following ways:
Wake - Tuesday, October 11
10:45am - Wake begins in St Mary's Church, 100 Young St., Ottawa.
A reception will be held downstairs in the parish hall throughout the day, concurrently with the wake. All are welcome.
12:00pm - Rosary
3:00pm - Divine Mercy devotions
3:30pm - Church closes to public
5:30pm - Church reopens; wake resumes
7:30pm - Vigil liturgy
9:00pm - Wake ends
Funeral Mass - Wednesday, October 12
2:00 pm - Funeral Mass at Notre Dame Cathedral, 385 Sussex Dr., presided by Archbishop Terrence Prendergast, SJ.
4:00 pm (approx) - Rite of Committal at Hope Cemetery, 4660 Bank St.

September 25th, 2011 at 7:00PM: Kick off Rally on Parliament Hill. Evening Prayer led by Marcel Dion followed by a candlelight procession to abortion facility at 65 Bank Street. ( Ground Zero)
October 16th 2011 at 7:00PM: Mid Point Rally at Ground Zero
November 6th 2011 at 7:00PM: Closing Rally - Vespers at Saint Patrick Basilica by candlelight procession to Ground Zero ( 65 Bank Street)
